Privacy Policy

What we collect

AppGantry Ltd ("we", "us") collects: account information (email, name, organization), service usage metadata (build sizes, download counts, audit events), and the build artifacts you upload. On BYOSA orgs the build artifacts live in your own storage account and we hold only the metadata.

Why we collect it

To operate the service, to bill you accurately, to provide an audit trail you can inspect, and to investigate security incidents. We don't sell personal data to anyone.

Subprocessors

We use Microsoft Azure for hosting and Paddle for billing. A canonical subprocessor list will be published at /security once finalized.

Retention

Build artifacts retain per the window your org configures (defaults at /pricing). Audit events retain per regulatory minimums, typically 12 months. Account records retain for the life of the account.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing support@appgantry.com. We respond within 30 days.
