Metered usage (hosted storage)
Three meters, each charged per MB. Decimal units throughout: 1 GB = 1000 MB. Team and hosted-storage Business orgs pay these rates. Business orgs that opt into BYOSA are exempt.

Team is pre-paid: top up your balance and usage draws it down. At $0, uploads and downloads return 402 until you top up.
Business is billed monthly in arrears. Add a hard spend cap in org settings to bound metered usage.
With BYOSA all three meters are skipped. Storage and egress are billed by your cloud provider, not us.
