Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-01-01

1. Acceptance

By creating an AppGantry account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. AppGantry is operated by AppGantry Ltd.

2. The service

AppGantry provides hosted mobile-application distribution: build storage, install pages, audit logs, and an API. Specific features depend on your plan as published on /pricing.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for actions taken under your account. Keep personal access tokens secret and revoke them when they're no longer needed.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use AppGantry to distribute malware, content you don't have the right to distribute, or anything that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Payment

Fees and metered rates are published at /pricing. Team plans are pre-paid against a balance; Business and Enterprise are billed in arrears against your selected spend cap. Currency is USD unless your contract says otherwise.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided as-is. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Final language to be set by counsel.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email to the org owner.
