We do not sell or share your personal information

AppGantry Ltd does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, defines those terms. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months, and we have no plans to start.

Why that is the case

We run no advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and we serve no cross-context behavioural ads. The only third parties that process personal data on our behalf are service providers: Microsoft Azure (hosting and storage) and Paddle (billing). They are contractually limited to using that data only to provide their service to us, which the statute treats as a service-provider relationship rather than a sale or share.

Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. Because we neither sell nor share personal information, there is no sale or share to opt out of; we nonetheless treat a GPC signal as a standing rejection of any optional cookies, so your preference is respected automatically with no prompt.

Your California privacy rights

California residents can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold, and can exercise the right to opt out of sale or sharing (which, as above, we do not do). You can submit these requests from your account settings or by emailing support@appgantry.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
